Hours
The Permit Office is open Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon.
Permit fees may be paid with cash or company check. The City of Terrell Hills does not accept credit cards.

Location
The Permit Office is located at City Hall.

Permits are required for many activities, especially construction related.

All plans submitted after August 13, 2007, must comply with the requirements found in the Residential Design Standards found in Chapter 14 of the City Code of Ordinances.
