Question: Does my child need to be in a car seat?
Answer: Yes, Texas Law requires that any child 36 inches and under in height or the child is under 5 years of age must be restrained in a child safety in a moving vehicle.
Question: How can I get fingerprints for myself?
Answer: The Terrell Hills Police Department will fingerprint citizens upon request on Wednesday mornings from 10 am to 11 am. This service is provided to the citizens of Terrell Hills only, at No Charge.
Question: Where do I go to take care of a traffic ticket?
Answer: 5100 North New Braunfels Ave. from 8 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday. Municipal Court is held at the same location on the third Thursday of each month. Court begins at 8 am. The Municipal Court number is (210) 824-7401.
Question: What are year round watering restrictions for Terrell Hills?
Answer: Sprinkler systems can be used only during 8 pm and 10 am. Soaker hoses and handheld hose watering are allowed anytime on any day.
Question: Who do I need to notify when I need to leave my vehicle parked on the roadway overnight?
Answer: You may contact Terrell Hills Dispatch at (210) 824-9001 and provide them with the make, model, color, and the location of where the vehicle will be parked.
