The Terrell Hills City Council meets on the second Monday of the month. The City Council meetings start promptly at 5:00 pm and meetings are open to the public. Occasionally the need arises for the Council to have a special meeting, or meet in an closed session these meetings are not open to the public, but any offical action taken will be in open session.
